We'll issue a refund to the same method of payment (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). Shipping is not refundable. 


Is shipping free?
All US orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping. 

Orders are processed for shipping within 1-3 business days. Items are shipped using USPS mail with tracking or other major carrier.

What is shipping insurance?
We offer route shipping insurance, which is enabled at checkout for your protection. If you opt out of the shipping insurance, we cannot refund your package if it's lost in transit.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
