What's your return policy?
We are committed to making the best quality products and offer you a great shopping experience. In the case that you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, your first pair is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If you don't like the first set, simply mail it back to us and we will refund you up to 14 days after your purchase. We understand that you'd like to try-on the goods to make sure you are happy with the product, and knowing you will love what you try, give them a go! We'll issue a refund to the same method of payment (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). Shipping is not refundable. If your order included free shipping, our cost of shipping will also not be refundable. We offer Route shipping insurance, which is enabled at checkout for your protection. If you opt out of the shipping insurance, we cannot refund your package if it's lost in transit. Due to Covid-19, many shipments are getting delayed, but we are not responsible for the shipping issue and cannot apply a refund if you opted out of shipping insurance.
How to return an item:

- If you are shipping an item over $75, it's recommended to add a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit for the value of the item returned will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to post on your credit card or bank account.

Once USPS has scanned the package as delivered, we are not liable for lost, stolen or missing shipments. We will not be able to refund or re-deliver the original package shipped. Customers will need to contact USPS via phone or online to file a claim or investigation. We suggest asking your local delivery person or visiting your local post office to inquire. Please note, we will do our best to help you through the process. Our goal is to make sure you receive the product you ordered.
