What's your return policy?

We are committed to making the best quality products and offer you a great shopping experience. In the case that you're not completely satisfied with your Related Garments purchase, your first pair is guaranteed under our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you don't like the first set simply mail it back to us and we will refund you up to 14 days after your purchase.  For all your other undergarments and following orders, WE CAN NOT ACCEPT OPENED OR WORN ITEMS BACK. PLEASE DO NOT ship us opened or worn garments, we can not return or refund them. (For sanitary reasons, you understand)
 We'll issue a refund to the same method of payment (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). Shipping is not refundable.
How to return an item:
    • To complete your return, please include a receipt or proof of purchase (required).

    • If you are shipping an item over $75, it's recommended to add a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We cannot accept returns that have been opened, worn or that are returned after 14 days of purchase.

When You'll Get Your Refund (if applicable)

We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you if you return meets the return eligibility.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit for the value of the item returned will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to post on your credit card or bank account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank or credit card company, as it may take 5 - 10 business days for the refund to post.

Are Sale items refundable? (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 1010 Hammond St. #115 West Hollywood California US 90069.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
