Delivery Issues

Once USPS has scanned the package as delivered, we are not liable for lost, stolen or missing shipments.  We will not be able to refund or re-deliver the original package shipped. Customers will need to contact USPS via phone or online to file a claim or investigation. We suggest asking your local delivery person or visiting your local post office to inquire.  Please note, we will do our best to help you through the process.
